This privacy policy describes in what way we process information about you, including your personal data and information acquired from cookies.
1. General information

- The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

- Processing of enquiries sent via the contact form.
- The Website acquires information about the users and their behaviour in the following ways:

- from the data voluntarily provided via the contact form, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems;
- by storing cookie files on the users’ end devices.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator:
- The login and personal data entry sites are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be viewed on the target server.
- Personal information stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only those holding the Operator key can view it. In this way, the data is protected in case the database is stolen from the server.
- User passwords are stored in a form of hash codes. The hash function operates as a one-way system, therefore it is not possible to reverse its operation, which today is a common standard for storing user passwords.
- The Website uses two-factor authentication, which is an additional form of protection for logging onto the Website.
- The Operator changes its administrative passwords from time to time.
- In order to protect data, the Operator makes regular security copies.
- As an important measure to further ensure data protection, the Operator regularly updates all software used to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of all the programming components.
3. Hosting
- The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s servers: cyberFolks.pl
- In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The records may include:

- enquiry arrival time,

- the name of the client station – identification via the HTTP protocol,
- information about any errors which occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link), in the event that the website was accessed via a link,
- information about the user’s browser,
- information about the user’s IP address,
- diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process carried out via the registers on the website,
- information related to the handling of e-mails addressed to and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used
- In certain situations, the Administrator may transfer your personal data to other entities if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the fulfilment of the Administrator’s obligations. This applies to:

- Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary in order to perform the related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing, your personal data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

- You have the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator’s operations to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
- Automated decision-making processes, such as profiling, may be performed in relation to you in order to provide services under the contract concluded with you, and for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by the Administrator.
- Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that we do not send such data outside the European Union.
5. Information in contact forms
- The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if it is entered.
- The website may record connection parameters (e.g., timestamp, IP address).
- The Website may, in some cases, record information to facilitate the linking of the data in the contact form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address shall appear inside the URL of the page containing the contact form.
- The data provided in the contact form is processed for the purpose related to the function of the specific contact form, e.g. in order to handle an enquiry related to a service or sale, to register the services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the contact form clearly indicates its purpose.
6. Administrator Logs
- Information about users’ behaviour on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the administration of the website.
7. Important marketing techniques
- The Operator performs statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not share any personal data with this service provider, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to the information about the user’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information acquired from the cookies, using the tool at:

- The operator uses a solution that investigates users’ behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This information is anonymised before it is sent to the service provider so that it does not know which individual the data relate to. In particular, typed passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
